For nearly 75 years, we have built more than strong foundations – we’ve built a trusted legacy. In 1953, Hartley Tucker took a leap of faith, purchasing a struggling construction firm that had secured a bid at the Little Rock Air Force Base.

Four generations later, we’ve grown to include excavation and underground utilities, evolving to meet today’s demands while staying committed to our family values. It’s simple. We do the job right, take care of our people and leave every job site stronger than we found it.
